With 15+ years of experience, I worked as a Data Practitioner and Data Leader across the Globe for Startups, Corporates, and in Consulting.

As Head of Business Analytics at Rocket Internet - then the largest venture builder outside of the US and China -, I built Data & Analytics Teams and Infrastructure for 7 portfolio companies in 15 countries. Rocket Internet’s portfolio companies include many market leaders such as Zalando, Jumia, Lazada, Zalora, Delivery Hero or Hello Fresh.

My specialty is to build the first data team and data infrastructure for B2C ‍Founders in post-Product Market Fit Scale-ups who want to move from data to action.

As a “Swiss Army Knife” for Data & Analytics (a.k.a Freelance Data Consultant), I built or re-built the first data team and data infrastructure for 40+ leading B2C companies globally. I hired and trained dozens of Data Professionals across the Globe.

I am also the Founder of Data Action Mentor, a data, analytics & AI mentorship marketplace for startups and scale-ups. Our mission is to make data, analytics & AI more accessible to startups all over the world and to help folks be more
successful by mastering the world of data.

My biggest passion next to Data & Startups is Traveling. I live on the beautiful island of Taiwan 🇹🇼 but I typically spend 5-6 months per year traveling to hangout with my awesome global clients and our Data Action Mentors. I have been to 90+ countries and territories.
